tomato salad with olives and fresh basil

all you need is
fresh organic cherry tomatoes
like a handful of olives
and lots of basil

the trick is..dont cut the tomatoes just squeeze them
that the whole juice comes out.same with the olives.
the tomato and olive juice makes an amazing vinaigrette!
mix it with the basil and grind some fresh pepper over it
maybe it needs some olive oil.DONE!have some fresh toasted
ciabatta breat with it.if you like grind some vegan mozarella over it

It never occurred to me not to cut the tomatoes. That looks delicious!!
