i made a pretty easy dish today. i made savoy rolls filled with tofu , sun dried tomatoes and basil.i added some carrots and roasted it for like 30 min.i also had a sauce in it made of coconut milk,ginger,lemon zest,black pepper and salt.
i finished my first half marathon in dresden this weekend.i was working out a lot the weeks before and my right foot started hurting bad at km 11. i made it in 2hrs and 6min what sucks cause i wanted to make it under 2 hrs.it was fun and i cant wait to do the full marathon next year!go vegan and run!!!
all you need is fresh organic cherry tomatoes like a handful of olives and lots of basil
the trick is..dont cut the tomatoes just squeeze them that the whole juice comes out.same with the olives. the tomato and olive juice makes an amazing vinaigrette! mix it with the basil and grind some fresh pepper over it maybe it needs some olive oil.DONE!have some fresh toasted ciabatta breat with it.if you like grind some vegan mozarella over it

i just finished the audiobook to john josephs new book the evolution of a cro-magnon.im tryin to see him read out of it in one month in berlin.everybody who is kinda interested in hardcore music in the 80´s or his bands and of course him as a person should def. read this book.i loved to listen to the audiobook and cant wait to have the paper version!please check it out it´s really good.
i got some fresh avocados today and could not wait to have them.
but then at home i was tryin to make something totally different and i was ending up making a iced avocado cream with some rice samosas and red pepper.hope you like it!
